What if I received my order but want to follow through?

Our exchange policy allows you to exchange your item within 30 days of receiving it. To initiate an exchange, simply follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team: contact our friendly customer service team via email or phone to initiate the exchange process. Please provide your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.

Receive exchange instructions: Our customer service team will guide you through the exchange process, including providing you with a return shipping label if necessary.

Preparing your return: Ensure that the item is in its original packaging and in unused condition. Place it securely in the shipping box and attach the provided return shipping label.

Ship your item back: Drop your package off at the nearest shipping company or schedule a pickup. Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the criteria of our exchange policy.

Receive Your New Item: After processing and approving your return, we will immediately ship your new item. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to keep you up to date on the status of your transaction.

It's been a while since you sent your return back to Joxxbee and the tracking shows that it was delivered. Why haven't I received my refund yet?

If you initiated your return through our Return Center, you can check the status by logging back into the Return Portal.

Joxxbee will issue a refund for the amount of the returned item within 3-5 business days of receiving the return. However, a maximum of two billing cycles are allowed for the credit to appear on your statement.

How do I start a return?

Send back your item(s): Drop off your package with the nearest shipping company or schedule a pickup. Be sure to get the tracking number for your return package to monitor its delivery status.

Receive your refund: Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Please note that it may take up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
